Http Status 404: Servlet ViewResolver

I am creating a Spring-boot application to perform crud operations using hibernate.

I have mentioned the Dispatcher servlet in the web-xml by the name servlet-context in appservlet in spring in WEB-INF. heres my web.xml config

My jsp page 'person.jsp' is in the views folder inside WEB-INF. Now when i run the application on server I'm getting Http status 404 message /projectname/ description: The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.

Please help debug this.
